Stash Coffee

Stash Coffee was established in 2014 and is a West Australian family owned specialty coffee roasting company.

"We exist to discover and share excellent specialty coffee with our community and beyond."

We select our coffee with care. Flavour and freshness are paramount and we also choose coffee with our sustainability goals in mind. Our coffee comes from farms with a focus on responsible water use, land use and sustainable farm practices. The producers are dedicated to worker health and safety, living wages and gender equity, and many offer educational support. Through our good friends at Southland Merchants we have been able to source some of our coffee from the same producers year after year. This relationship gives us confidence in how our coffee is produced and the quality of the coffee that we roast.

The roasting process

The Stash Coffee roastery is located in Denmark, Western Australia, on a beautiful farm and vineyard that is also the home of Singlefile Wines. We roast two to three days a week using advanced roasting technology to ensure consistency. We cup every batch to ensure quality prior to blending and packing. We roast a number of different blends, and a rotating selection of single origin coffees, so that there is a coffee to suit every palate.

Our customers

Our customers share our desire to enjoy excellent coffee. Coffee has a complex journey from the farm all the way to your cup, and as roasters we want to make sure that when you brew your coffee you really enjoy it. We’re all about making it easy to have freshly roasted coffee at your place when you need it.

Better packaging

We are committed to reducing use of single use packaging. For over 6 years we have reused tins for our wholesale orders, eliminating many thousands of coffee bags from the waste stream. Now we’re proud to have changed our retail coffee bags to compostable bags suitable for specialty coffee. No compromise on quality and one more step towards a sustainable future.
