Pretty Things Seasonal Revamp

As the seasons change, so does the green coffee that we have in the roastery. This year as Summer turned into Autumn we welcomed our fresh Brazil and Ethiopian coffees into the roastery. After much roasting, tasting and tweaking we’re pleased to introduce our refreshed Pretty Things blend. Pretty Things is our vibrant and smooth blend for those who appreciate straightforward coffee with layers of flavour. This season the blend consists of three naturally processed coffees - two from Brazil sourced through our long time partners at Southland Merchants, and one from Ethiopia.  We’ve maintained the chocolate and fruit flavours that we love and turned to a coffee from Cup of Excellence winning producer Danilo Barbosa in Brazil to bring potent rum, raisin and nutmeg spice to the blend.  The coffee from Ethiopia comes via Utopia Coffee, who source coffee from East Africa, and is a natural coffee from the Yirgacheffe region - which is well balanced with berry and tropical flavours.  Together the beans make for a cup that is simple, elegant and satisfying.
